Thanks for the great information in your blog. I really enjoyed reading what you said about Fiber, Calcium and Omega-3. I my self take Omega-3 everyday.

Boy do a couple of things ring true to me about this article. First off the part about being in a food rut. I can eat the same thing again and again. My wife wonders how I do it. Of course they are all things that are bad for me like cheesburgers. So I guess I'm going to have to take a hard look at what I'm eating! Also the part about fats hit home, my wife is a fat free addict and so I have to supplement with fish oils.
